Before starting the training schedule, each aspiring athlete is tested with the tests: FMS, SFMA, Y-BALANCE, BTS, already used by all the teams and professional athletes of each sport, which allow you to have a precise photograph of what is the basic condition of the human machine, an almost stationary check up to monitor the fundamental qualities underlying each movement: mobility and stability; below we analyze the quantity, with endurance and strength tests that provide us with the data for the athletic starting point, the zero from which to build new skills.
Each training is the result of the analysis of this initial screening and of all the data we collect with each training and in the periodic tests on quality and quantity.
The atmosphere is cheerful and carefree like that of a team and martial like that of military exercises, delays or distractions are not allowed in the topical moments of the training session.
